Scorecard Elements

Skills Development

Learnerships are the most cost-effective way to enhance the Skills Development spend of a company as there are incentives linked directly to learnerships. MDCS Skills Academy offer various learnerships addressing Scarce and Critical Skills of the relevant SETA’s.

Bursary is a study programme that is financially aided by a company towards creating a talent pool for the organisation or for BBBEE points.
